Welcome to PDF Editor 7. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the PDF Editor 7 application (“App”), available on iOS and macOS through the App Store. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the Application

PDF Editor 7 is a tool for reading, editing, annotating, and managing PDF documents. The App is intended for personal and professional use in accordance with applicable laws.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Upload or distribute any malicious code or content that could harm or interfere with other users' experience.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal business purposes on devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

3. Subscription and Payments

Some features of PDF Editor 7 may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and any applicable taxes. All payments are processed via Apple and are subject to their terms and conditions.

4. Account and Data

PDF Editor 7 does not require user registration or login. All features of the application are available without creating an account. No personal login credentials are collected or stored by the app.

5. Cloud Storage and Collaboration

Shared Document Editing and Cloud Storage Disclaimer

PDF Editor 7 offers a feature “Collaboration” that allows users to upload and share PDF documents with others for collaborative editing. These documents are stored on our cloud servers to facilitate access and editing.

By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your documents may be stored temporarily or permanently on third-party cloud servers.
• While we strive to maintain a secure environment, we do not guarantee the safety, privacy, or integrity of your uploaded data.
• Our cloud servers may be compromised by cyberattacks, or the infrastructure provider itself may suffer a breach, resulting in unauthorized access to your documents.
• We disclaim all liability for any loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your content resulting from such incidents.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that no sensitive or confidential information is shared via the collaboration feature. Use at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including but not limited to software, graphics, text, and design, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF Editor 7 and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data or profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
